Update Share Settings for Panopto Videos

  1. Log into Panopto by going to http://redhawk.hosted.panopto.com/ or using the link in Blackboard.
  2. From the Sign in Page, select the dropdown under *Sign in to Panopto* and select the AZURE AD option.

3. You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page where you will enter your username and password, just like you would when logging into any other CVCC online services.

4. Navigate to the *My Folder* tab on the left-hand side of the screen under the *Home* tab and find the video you are wanting to update. Select the *Settings* Icon Beside the video.

5. From the Settings menu select the *Share* Tab under overview.

6. Scroll down until you see “Who Can Access this Video” and Select the *Change* option.

7. Select *PUBLIC (UNLISTED): ANYONE WHO HAS THE LINK*

8. You are now finished updating the share settings in Panopto. If you have already posted the video in your Blackboard Course, you will need to sign out of Blackboard, refresh your screen, sign back in and re-upload the video into Blackboard.
