Student Progress Report Process (CCP)

  1. B. Lewis will run an Informer report that shows all CCP enrollment in CVCC courses that will also include Challenger and Alexander Early College students. This list will be sorted by start date of course, instructor name, course, high school, and student names.
  2. Core Team Scholar Advisors and Early College Liaisons will be assigned a group of instructors based on instructor’s last name. The Core Team Scholar Advisors and Early College Liaisons will be responsible for sending emails to their assigned instructors that will list the CCP students enrolled in the instructor’s course(s).
  3. A reply from the instructor is requested by a certain due date that will be stated in the email. Specifically, notification of any student that has fallen below a course average of 75 or who has yet to attend/access a course will be requested. Note: Calendar invitations will also be sent as a reminder of due dates. Core Team Scholar Advisors and Early College Liaisons are also responsible for tracking instructor responses and sending follow-up emails if an instructor does not reply by the established deadline.
  4. If any student is identified in the email reply from the instructor, the Core Team Scholar Advisor or Early College liaison will forward that information to the appropriate high school designees (counselor and Scholar Advisor or CIHS Liaison).
