You can request your personal information such as name, address, phone number, etc. to be changed in the CVCC system by emailing the following information to :

• First and Last Name,
• Student ID Number,
• Date of Birth,
• and the information that needs correcting.

Example Email

To Whom It May Concern:

This message is to request my phone number in the CVCC system be changed.

First and Last Name: Diana Prince
Student ID Number: 0123456
Date of Birth: 01-01-1941
Old Phone Number: (828) 867-5309
New Phone Number: (704) 555-1234
