Login to Google with CVCC Email Address

A limited number of users have the ability to login to Google using their CVCC credentials. These users are provided permissions from the Technology & Innovation Division for a very specific purpose.

It’s critical that you only access student information using your CVCC Microsoft account or your CVCC-associated Google account. This helps ensure we stay compliant with FERPA and other regulations that protect the privacy and security of student data.
  1. From Google.com click the Profile icon (the round circle in the top-right-hand corner of the page),
  2. then click Add Account. Or, if this option is not available, click Sign In in the top right-hand corner of the page.

  1. Enter your CVCC email address and click the Next button.
  2. If you are not already logged into your CVCC account then you will be prompted to login with your official CVCC email address and password and authenticate with MFA.
  3. If this is the first time you’ve logged into this Google account with your CVCC email address, you’ll receive a verification message to confirm that the referenced account is yours, as well as organizational information that you’ll need to agree to in order to access the Google account associated with CVCC.

Once logged in, you can access Google services by clicking the 9 dots in the top-right-hand corner of the page, which will open to show the services available to you, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc..
