Determining Your CVCC Username and Password
CVCC Username
Your USERNAME is your first initial, last name, and last three (3) digits of your CVCC Student ID number.
If you do not know your ID number, visit What’s my User ID? and enter your last name and social security number.
- If you are employed at CVCC, the first part of the login information is the same, followed by @cvcc.edu.
Example
For example, Jane Doe with student ID 0012345 would have a username of jdoe345.
CVCC Password
Your PASSWORD is cvcc-, followed by the last 4 digits of your social security number.
If you do not have a social security number or did not provide one on your Application, you should use the last 4-digits of your CVCC ID.
Your MyCVCC Portal password should not be shared with anyone! To unlock your account, set your security questions and/or change your password, visit password.cvcc.edu. Note that changing your password here does not change your password for Blackboard. Also, unless you setup your security questions you cannot unlock your account without contacting the HelpDesk.
Example
For example, if Jane Doe had a social security number of 123-45-6789 her password would be cvcc-6789.
