Find People and Extensions with WebEx Calling

The WebEx calling apps, available on PC, Mac, and Mobile (, ) allow you to answer phone calls, receive voicemails, and search for people within CVCC.

Searching in the WebEx Calling App

  1. Type in the Search field either at the top of the application or on the Dialpad tab for the person you are looking for. A list of users that match your search will display in the dropdown.
  2. Hover over the profile photo in the dropdown menu for the person you’re searching for.

  1. In the pop out you will see the persons’ email address and phone extension.
