Final Web Attendance Submission
Instructions
- Login to the CVCC Portal.
- In the Self-Service Menu, click on Faculty.
- Click on Faculty Information.
- Click on Web Attendance Tracking.
- Click Attendance Tracking.
On the next screen, you will have several option
- From Start Date: This is the date from which WebAttendance will allow you to begin entering attendance records.
- Since you are entering the Final Attendance, type in the last day of your course in this box.
- for Batch Entry only: Leave this unchanged for Final Attendance.

- Enter the last day that your course meets in the From Start Date if today is not the end date for your course.
- Click the circle next to the course you wish to finalize the attendance.
- Click Submit.

- On the next screen, scroll to the bottom and check both boxes.
- Click Submit.

WARNING! Once you check the second box, you are agreeing that you are completely finished entering attendance for the entire semester.
