SACSCOC Credentialing in Etrieve
To complete your SACSCOC Credentialing in Etrieve navigate to cvcccentral.etrieve.cloud. Then log in with your CVCC credentials.
Finding Faculty Transcripts
- In a separate tab open cvcccentral.etrieve.cloud again. On this tab, click on the waffle menu in the top left corner and select, content. This will allow you to have the faculty member transcripts open at the same time.

- In the search field enter the faculty member’s CVCC ID number to pull up their information.


HR- SACSCOC Faculty Credential/Experience Form
- Click on the Forms button to get started on the accreditation forms.
- Then select the first form, HR- SACSCOC Faculty Credential/Experience Form.

- When the form opens begin filling out the information for the faculty member starting with their CVCC ID number. Then click “Lookup” Their information should automatically populate into the blanks. If there are any edits that need to be made please click in the appropriate text box to update the information.
- After confirming all information is correct scroll to the “Credentials on File” section. Please check all appropriate levels and insert all degree information in to the provided boxes. Be sure to select if the instructor is qualified to teach a transfer course.

- Select if the instructor is qualified to teach transfer courses from the drop down menu.

- If you select “yes” you will need to list all courses for the eighteen graduate semester credit hours. Refer to the transcripts located in the content tab.
- List all courses required to credential for the specific course(s).

- Click the “I HAVE READ THE ABOVE GUIDELINES” box to continue the form.
- Select the appropriate boxes for the faculty member.

- Click the “Select your Dean:” box in order to select your dean. Their email address will also autopopulate once they have been selected.
- Please check your document to ensure all information is correct then sign your name in the box at the bottom of the form.
- When you are ready to submit the form, click “Submit”.

Everyone will need to continue to the next form to complete this process.
SACSCOC Qualifications of Full-Time & Part-Time Faculty Form
- Click on the Forms button to get started on the accreditation forms.
- Then select the third form, SACSCOC Qualifications of Full-Time & Part-Time Faculty Form.

- When the form opens begin filling out the information for the faculty member starting with their CVCC ID number. Then click “Lookup” Their information should automatically populate into the blanks. If there are any edits that need to be made please click in the appropriate text box to update the information.
- Complete the “Courses Taught” section of the form next. Use the “add” button to add additional courses.

- After listing all courses taught, move down to the Academic Degrees & Coursework section.
- Then list any other qualifications that the faculty member has related to the courses taught above.

- Click the “Select your Dean:” box in order to select your dean. Their email address will also autopopulate once they have been selected.
- Please check your document to ensure all information is correct then sign your name in the box at the bottom of the form.
- When you are ready to submit the form, click “Submit”.

If you selected yes on the HR- SACSCOC Faculty Credential/Experience Form then you are finished with your process. If you selected no, please continue to the third form.
SACSCOC MATRIX of Relevant Qualifications (Justification Form)
- Click on the Forms button to get started on the accreditation forms.
- Then select the second form, SACSCOC MATRIX of Relevant Qualifications (Justification Form).

- When the form opens begin filling out the information for the faculty member starting with their CVCC ID number. Then click “Lookup” Their information should automatically populate into the blanks. If there are any edits that need to be made please click in the appropriate text box to update the information.
- Complete the “Relevant Qualifications” section of the form. If you need to add additional information, click the “add” button.

- Please check your document to ensure all information is correct then sign your name in the box at the bottom of the form.
- When you are ready to submit the form, click “Submit”.
